Choose only those from which you are sure where they come from and if they were extracted with selective fishing methods; Also, respect the closed season and eat only seasonal products.

Involve the authorities, businessmen and even influencers

Once you have informed yourself, you can ask the authorities, businessmen and other community leaders in your country or region to take the necessary and urgent actions to reverse the decline of the seas.  People play an important role in asking authorities to get involved and take action.

Campaigns

Get involved in conservation campaigns. 

Join the cause you identify with the most: beach cleaning, animal rescue, education campaigns. Fortunately, the options are almost limitless.

Your shopping and consuming habits have a direct impact on the health of the ocean and the rest of the planet. You can decide on whether it is a positive one or not.

Become a responsible tourist

If you go on a trip to the sea, consume local souvenirs and only if you are sure you need them.  Never buy objects made with the teeth, skin, shells or bones of marine animals. Obviously, never throw garbage on the streets or directly in the ocean
